Hawkeye's Happy Tails page

Hawkeye is about 35 lbs of beautiful Border Collie. His personality is really sweet and still classic "puppy." Hawkeye's coat is medium long and very gorgeous. He loves attention, being petted and hanging out with a human. He'll make a perfect companion for someone who loves to have a four legged, furry buddy to spend some quality time with. He's extremely intelligent and has the potential of being a first class working dog with training or a first class companion dog (just the way he is now).

Hawkeye will now be able to "hang out" with his humans all he wants to. He was adopted 1-22-2005 & from the big smiles in this picture, there will be a very happy future for this special boy.

Hi Carole!
We wanted to send you an update on Andy (formerly Hawkeye). J He is adjusting really well to his new “brother” and “sister; as you might remember we have a two and a half year old Pug and a two and a half year old cat. I’m not sure what they think of him…he’s so much bigger than them that it’s a bit of an adjustment for them. You were right- that puppy energy keeps coming and coming! He’s such a happy dog, but very submissive. We’re working with him on basic commands, and he runs with Evan every night. We can’t get him to sit still long enough for a picture; when he sees the camera he gets excited and starts to move around! We have family coming over tonight, so we’ll try to get a picture then when we can hold him. We’ll send a “family” portrait as soon as we get one!
