In Memoriam ...
At the end of the Rainbow Bridge there is a Peaceful Valley
where our beloved pets who have gone before wait for us.
Someday we will be together again.

Hope

We named her HOPE because she was proof that where there is a will, there is always a way.  This little girl was about 2 years old when she came to live at the Sanctuary in September, 2002.  She was diagnosed as having cardiomyopathy.  She had a definite heart murmur, but you couldn't tell it from the way she acted & played.  We didn't know how her life would be affected by this condition, but we knew the person who adopted her would receive a special bundle of love.  She was a real sweetie.

Hope didn't get the chance at a home of her own.  She crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on December 08, 2003, held in the loving arms of those who cared for her.  Her heart condition had worsened & she was no longer able to eat or get around.  Her breathing was labored & there was no prognosis for her recovery.

She now frolics with the others who wait at the Bridge for us; free of pain & poor health.  Bless you, Hope.
